Senior Associate, Medical Information - Operations
Location: Mississauga Head Office Flexible Commuter
Reports to: Senior Manager, Medical Information

What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be the first point of contact for written Medical Information requests; responsible for managing, processing and triaging requests to team.
Localize Global Medical Information Letters and FAQ documents and route for approval
Provide process training to internal staff and external vendors
Manage referral process for field staff to requesting customers
Liaison between internal team, cross-functional colleagues and external business partners
Maintain and update MedInfo Response Documents for all products and route for approval
Create training schedules for new hires
Provide cross-therapeutic area support to ensure timely delivery of Medical Information responses
Facilitate cross functional medical meetings, take minutes, follow-up on action items
Subject matter expert and process supervisor for Canadian activities within cloud-based review system
Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 6 years of related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MSc, BSc.Phm, PharmD, RN, or PhD
Experience in Medical or Drug Information
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development process
Project Management experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
Bilingual (English and French): proficient language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading and writing)
